By accessing and/or using the services available on or through this Website (the “Website”), you are expressly agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Each order must be submitted to Vietnam Yamazaki Co Ltd (“Yamazaki”) before 1:00 PM and at least 2 days prior, unless otherwise stated on the website. We reserve the right to extend the minimum submission date.
By submitting an order, you confirm that the details contained in the submitted order are correct in all aspects.
We reserve the right, at any time, to refuse to accept your submitted order or any part of your submitted order for any reason including but not limited to instances where insufficient or incorrect information has been provided, or authentication has not been possible.
Pictures on our Website are for illustration purposes only. Due to the nature of bread making, bread designs are subject to variations. If the ingredients contain seasonal fruits/decorative accessories, it is always subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any ingredient with alternative ingredient(s) without giving any prior notice.
PRODUCTS SHELF LIFE AND DELIVERY TIME
The expiry of the bread is within/same of delivery date.
The delivery time start from 12:10 daily, (except Weekend and Public Holiday). If your child is absent from school for any reason, parents are welcome to come to the central entrance of the school between 12:10-12:30 to pick up the bread.
If you fail to collect your order in our delivery time, you agree and authorize us to dispose the products in your order. The orders will still be charged and we shall have no liability to you whatsoever.
PAYMENT
Prices stated in the Website include Goods & Tax (VAT).
The sum of all payments will send to you at the end of each month. And you must pay for all latest in 7th of every month. Otherwise, all of the orders will be invalid from 9th of the current month.
In case of overdue payment, your account will be temporary locked in order function until you settle your payment and the interest fees shall be applied 0,25%/day in 30 days.
We accept payment by International Card, Domestic Card (ATM Card) and QR Pay via OnePay paygate. Account information will be communicated separately in the monthly invoice.
Refunds are not available.
CANCELLATION AND VARATION OF ORDERS
The time to cancel the order is before 1:00 PM and at least 2 days prior to the delivery date.
You cannot make any changes to the order after 1:00 PM and within 2 days of the delivery date.
PERSONAL DATA
When payment is made by International Card, Domestic Card or QR pay, you acknowledge and consent that your personal data such as your name and card number may be disclosed to third parties processing such card transactions, including banks and payment gateways, and may be used, processed and stored by such third parties to facilitate payments for your orders placed.
We respect your privacy and we will not share, intentionally sell or distribute your personal data to third parties, unless the disclosure is absolutely necessary to enable our representatives to arrange for your collection of your selected products. In only this regard, you hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said representatives may disclose or process your personal data to perform their duties.
In the event that Yamazaki is unable to contact the account holder at the registered phone number or no response from your email address without payment complete on time, Yamazaki will contact the school directly to inquire about the student's enrollment status.
Hotmail & Outlook e-mail support will be discontinued in two months. Therefore, please change your registered e-mail addresses from the above two e-mail addresses to other addresses, to avoid missing information from Yamazaki via email. If you continue to register your Hotmail or Outlook email address after support ends, you will no longer receive important emails from us, including your monthly billing statement, for which we will not be responsible.
PAYMENT IN ADVANC
In case you plan to back to hometown, moving the school for kids…or others. At that time, you would like to make payment in advance, please follow those action below: Sign In > Place Order > Make Payment > “Choose the period” > View Details > Pay Now
DEACTIVATING ACCOUNT
In case you deactivated your account, we could support to re activate your account upon request. So please contact us if you would like to order again.
Before deactivating your account, please settle all the pending payment and orders. Otherwise, it is unable to process this request.
STORAGE & CONSUMPTION
It is important that you consume our products as soon as possible after you have collected the same from us.
All products need to be stored at room temperatures between 15 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius and must be consumed within a day from delivery date. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep the breads in the manner prescribed by us.
